Before beginning your day, ask yourself - Tejas Patel

Before beginning your day, ask yourself about how you are going to spend this wonderful day. Would you think about bad experience in the past or worry about future or live only for this day? Would you hate yourself for people not liking you? Would you feel lonely without friends? Would you underestimate yourself if others said something which you felt to be right? Would you work only for money? Would you blame your parents or your life for everything? Would you think about your problems, illness and disorder every day? Would you react and get angry with everyone coming your way due to past burdens?

Simple answer is, Forgive, Forget and move on. This is the day which will give you happiness, prosperity and peace. You decide on something and do or die for it. You are greater than you think. Your potential is beyond your imagination. The time will come that you know something about life which others can’t figure out. ~ Tejas Patel

It’s important to take responsibility for our own actions and not blame others for everything that happens in our lives. While it’s true that our upbringing and life circumstances can have an impact on us, ultimately, we have the power to make our own choices and determine our own destiny.

It’s important to start your day with a positive mindset and focus on the present moment. While it’s natural to have thoughts and memories from the past, it’s important to let go of any negative experiences or regrets and instead focus on the lessons you’ve learned and the positive experiences you’ve had.

Furthermore, dwelling on our problems, illnesses, and disorders every day can be detrimental to our mental health and wellbeing. While it’s important to acknowledge and address our issues, it’s also important to focus on the positive aspects of life and find joy and meaning in the present moment.

Forgiveness and moving on from past burdens can be a powerful way to find peace and happiness. Holding onto anger and resentment only harms ourselves, and letting go can allow us to live more fully and freely. It’s important to remember that we are capable of achieving great things and that our potential is truly limitless.
