When there is no mental peace & you aren't feeling good


When there is no mental peace and you aren’t feeling good, it shows that something has affected you during the day. You allowed the situation or people to take charge of you. When there is love, happiness and peace within you, no outside force will disconnect the harmony within your mind and heart. Learn to tackle that incident again without overreacting and without affecting your mental peace. Day starts with a Sunrise and ends with a Sunset. Your day should always start with smile being grateful for all the things you have in your life and should end with satisfaction for doing all the tasks satisfactorily. Be strong, stronger and strongest day by day. Jot down all the mistakes that you made and have courage to rectify them if they occur again. You are the only one knowing about your mistakes. You have to apply your knowledge, wisdom and experience at the right place and the right time. It isn’t our duty to tell others what is right and what is wrong. Everybody has to learn his own lessons and we cannot force them to learn. When you are tuned with your inner peace and happiness, it attracts people with love and positive vibes towards you. ~ Tejas Patel
